Project background
At present, in order to improve the efficiency of outbound picking, return warehousing and inventory counting of its fishing tackle sales orders, Aoshima International Fishing Tackle Co., Ltd. now adopts this proposal to recommend the specific implementation content and supporting facilities of the entire project.
Project goal
◆ Use the PDA to scan the barcode for the product outbound picking, return warehousing and inventory counting of the sales order.
◆ Using barcode recognition technology and ERP system to improve the efficiency and accuracy of the sales order outbound picking, return warehousing and inventory counting.
◆ The interface provided by the ERP system downloads the shipment content of the sales order through the PDA, scans and picks the goods, generates a sales outbound order and submits it to the ERP, which is confirmed by the customer in the ERP system.
◆ The interface provided by the ERP system, through the PDA to download the return content of the return order, and then scan the warehouse, generate a difference table and upload it to the ERP system.
◆ The interface provided by the ERP system, through the PDA to download the inventory information of the inventory or department, and then scan the inventory, generate and then generate the inventory difference table and upload it to the ERP system
